About us

United World Schools Germany (UWSDE) is an engaged fundraising organisation that is part of the global UWS network.
Under the vision "Educate the Future, Change the Future" UWS drives projects to enable access to high quality, integrative education for children in remote regions of Nepal, Myanmar, Cambodia and Madagascar.
We work with local partners, communities and governments to build schools, train teachers and strengthen educational systems.
Our low-cost, high impact model builds capabilities, not dependencies. This way it is ensured that the educational system will also flourish after our engagement.
We shift the focus from short-term to long-term change by not only educating the future, but by changing it.
