As part of the Foundation for Vocational Education and Training (Stiftung Berufliche Bildung), we are committed to providing career guidance and qualification for individuals who are educationally or socially disadvantaged and who seek to achieve professional success through personalized support.

Thanks to our many years of experience in the education sector, our programs are diverse and tailored to the specific needs of our participants.

Social participation is often dependent on employment.
However, the individual circumstances under which people seek access to the labor market vary greatly. SBB Kompetenz supports people facing educational or social disadvantages in recognizing, developing, and applying their personal strengths and skills – helping them to build perspectives and ultimately achieve success.
