Accumulating stars enhances the player’s reputation as a notorious fugitive and unlocks greater rewards, adding a layer of progression to the endless chase. This system encourages risk-taking, as conservative driving yields lower scores, while aggressive maneuvers like smashing through obstacles or outsmarting pursuers boost the danger level.
