HerzBrücke e.V. is dedicated to building bridges of compassion and opportunity for vulnerable children and families in Hamburg. We focus on three pillars: education access, build now gg nutritional support, and emotional resilience.

LernLicht: Free tutoring and school supply kits for children from low-income families
SeelenStark: Counseling and emotional support groups for children facing trauma or poverty
