About us

Queeres Göttingen e.V. is the supporting association of the Queer Center Göttingen and the Queer CULTURAL DAYS. The Queere Zentrum Göttingen is a meeting place, event and advice center for lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans*, non-binary, inter*, poly, asexual and other queer people and groups.
A place for young people and adults, community and empowerment, culture and education, self-organization and advocacy.
At the beginning of the founding process was the desire to create a place for many queer groups and initiatives that had to make do without a “home” at the time.
Since its beginnings, the Queer Center has grown continuously and has now also moved to larger premises in order to be able to accommodate the growing team and the ever-increasing number of groups and services.
