About us

IG Hamspirit e.V. is a non-profit, Germany-wide active technology and amateur radio association.
We promote amateur radio, technical education and international understanding through radio operations, workshops and open projects. We combine classic radio technology with modern technologies such as microcontrollers, SDR (Software Defined Radio), IoT, meshing and digital communication.

Our aim is to make technology understandable for everyone - in a practical, creative and cross-generational way.
We develop projects, organise workshops and are committed to digital education, promoting young talent and free access to knowledge. Our motto: technology with heart and mind.
