NAROK COUNTY YOUTH EMPOWERMENT FORUM & FOUNDATION

About us

We are a community based organization thats an umbrella body of more than twenty(20) selfhelpgroups spread across the Narok County. We work under four thematics areas namely ; Youth Empowerment , Indigenous Women Empowerment, Enviromental Conservation and Human Rights / Culture.
We have already done the activities below for about 4 years now : * Restoration of the Sekenani River, Enkare Narok Rivers and Talek Rivers, *Establishment of tree nurseries at Sekanani, Entiak, Oloolaimutia, Kisisriri and Naroosura villages(locations), * Advocating and Lobbying for the restoration of the Maasaimau Forest(under the acryon of MAU COMPLEX) particurlaly Block 77 - Searra Leone area of Mau complex where over 40,000 treeseedlings and undertaken a Geo-referencing map Febreary 2024, * Keeping and establishment of 10 bees apiaries for both youth & women groups spread across the region, *15 Girls spornorships programs in sec0/univ And lastly Buying of rams(50 in number) for resell the last 3 years.
