About us

Sambandh is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering marginalized women and girls by strengthening community capacity. Our initiatives span across health, agriculture, livelihoods, climate change, indigenous healthcare, social accountability, poverty alleviation, and disaster resilience, ensuring sustainable and holistic solutions to complex development challenges.
With a vast network of partnerships and access to diverse expertise, we deliver large-scale impact to a wide range of stakeholders. Guided by our motto, "Reaching the Unreached," we have been relentlessly working towards this mission for the past 32 years. Since our establishment in 1992, Sambandh has transformed the lives of thousands across 17 districts in Odisha, with a particular focus on women and children from tribal communities.
