About us

Concern of Professional Disabled (COPD) in Uganda is an indigenous community based organisation which was formed in 2003 by people with disabilities and those concerned with the problems faced by people with disabilities. The organisation supports persons of different categories of disabilities ranging from physical, mental and sensory impairment through education, reproductive health, income generation, legal and civil rights, psychosocial support among others.
