About us

We are Anton and Pawel from Alles in Ordnung, a non-profit social startup from Hamburg. With the Space für ein Miteinander, we created a place where people with and without disabilities meet, share coffee, work, laugh – and all sit in a wheelchair.
This is what we call Reverse Inclusion: a perspective shift that makes barriers visible, challenges stereotypes, and enables encounters on equal terms. Everyone experiences firsthand how much our mindset shapes reality – and how equality arises when everyone is literally on the same level.
Our structure is also unique: we, people with disabilities, are shareholders and hold decision-making power. Our voices don’t just matter – we actively shape how inclusion is lived.
