- Conferences, seminars, workshops, congresses, and lectures as forums for the dissemination and discussion of scientific and technical findings
- Publication of specialist books
- Collaborations with educational and research institutions, including through membership in advisory boards for university degree programs or participation in accreditation
- Statements on current political and social issues
- Participation in national and international organizations for food technology and science
- Collaboration with national and international societies with related fields
