About us

The Club of the Russian Orthodox Maecenas is an NGO organization, which was founded by Berlin businessmen with the intention to contribute to world improvement. It is registered under number VR 29984 in the district court of Berlin-Charlottenburg (Germany). The tax number of the foundation is 27/662/56037 and it is acknowledged as a tax-advantaged and most eligible charity organization by the Berlin tax office. The membership fees and donations are tax deductible.

We are a charitable and not-for-profit organization.

When we were creating this Club we tried to make and to develop it more useful for the society. We were thinking over our society and over its needs and requires. And we have come to conclusion that it is very import for people to possess two simple things and exactly: physical and spiritual health that are considered to be two Postulates that effect our happiness on the earth. What is the spiritual health or spiritual harmony? This is, above all, Belief, Belief in God, Belief in ourselves. And it does not matter,whether this Orthodox or Catholic Belief is, whether we pray in the temple or in the mosque, the main thing is that it fills us with spirituality and encourages us to do good things. The Belief, that arises in our hearts, helps us to move forward, it purifies and makes us free from all evil. That Belief gives in our hearts the birth of understanding, forgiveness, compassion and love to the others. The second postulate of happiness - is our health and the health of our family, especially of our children.Unfortunately our health doesn´t depend only on us. There are a lot of children who are born with congenital diseases,and who need our help.
