About us

Imelas Mission supports girls and young women in rural regions of Kenya with menstrual products, education, and learning opportunities so that they can lead a self-determined life and are not held back in their future by early pregnancies.
The team consists of a small mixed group from Kenya and Germany. Donations go directly to the women. Since our founding on April 23, 2024, we have supported 12 schools in Moding and 2 schools in Kilifi, now reaching around 2,400 girls who can regularly attend school.
With your donations, we support these and possibly other schools. By sewing reusable pads and making our own soap, we aim to achieve independence for the girls and women.
