As an independent citizen and patient association, we advocate for a healthcare system that prioritizes individual health. Our goal is a system that promotes humanity and democratic participation, with free choice between natural and conventional medicine.
Through campaigns, projects, and publications, we create spaces for dialogue and support self-determined, well-informed health decisions.
Our core focus areas:
• Self-determined Health: With initiatives such as U-Health coaching, we help activate self-healing powers and develop individual health concepts.
• Integrative Medicine: We promote the combination of conventional and natural medicine to ensure free choice of treatment methods.
• Democratization of the Healthcare System: We advocate for greater involvement in health policy decisions for a transparent and patient-centered system.
