About us

The Lugredu Foundation is committed to raising awareness that apples don't grow in supermarkets, but on trees – and how much work, time, and care this requires. To achieve this, we acquire agricultural land, plant fruit trees, or tend to existing orchards. In our activities, we collaborate with schools, initiatives, and individuals who are interested in participating – everyone is welcome.

Our support circle, the "Tree Canopy Network," allows supporters to get involved as a "Leaf," "Branch," or "Tree." This way, we create a network of people with the common goal of understanding and appreciating nature more.

Transparency is important to us: an interactive map allows everyone to track where the trees have been planted and see how their donation is being used.
