This comprises tourniquets, Israeli bandages, chest seals, medical backpacks, evacuation litters, ambulance cars.Tactical medicine saves countless lives in Ukraine by giving soldiers and civilians urgent care in combat zones, turning deadly injuries into survivable ones.
