About us
Bannabikira -Daughters of Mary Sisters Congregation is located in Masaka diocese in Kalungu district of Uganda,East Africa. It was started by white missionaries from Netherlands in 1910 and recognized and registered with Roman Catholic Church with it's pontifical right number 57-660. It is operating in fields of education, health, social and spiritual work. It was one of the first Roman Catholic Women Congregation on Sub-Saharan Africa.
The congregation is inquiring and requesting to partnering with our congregation to assist us in fundraising process for our community project of empowering the rural single mothers, widows and girls affected by COVID 19 and HIV with vocational skills development in Uganda. In 2023 we have just completed a project of empowering 50 vulnerable young mother's with vocational skills development.
