About us

Tié "Presence" in the local language Bobo Mandarais is an association created on June 1, 1995 and recognized on October 10, 1996 by the receipt N°96-215/MTHS/PHUE/HC/DAG in Burkina Faso. It is a non-political, non-denominational and non-profit association based in Bobo-Dioulasso that works through volunteering. This inclusive structure does not discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, religious belief, political affiliation, gender, age, HIV status and disability.
Tié Association operates in the Hauts-Bassins Region, mainly in the provinces of Houet, Kénédougou and Tuy. It promotes the rights of the most vulnerable people, namely children, young people and women in difficulty, in street situations, in mobility or migration and internally displaced persons by enabling them to fully enjoy all their rights: the right to health, education, protection and leisure. protect vulnerable groups (women, children, internally displaced persons, and people living with disabilities). Supporting vulnerable households in the revival of socio-economic activities in the context of humanitarian crisis.
