About us

Our organisation is a religious community that is active in the fields of spirituality, research and teaching, education and training as well as in social and cultural areas. We are committed to supporting and promoting people in a wide variety of fields and encouraging them to take responsibility for themselves.
We are diverse, colourful and different: women and men, old and young, married and unmarried, educated or otherwise trained, with and without a religious habit, living in community or alone...
But we also have a few things in common - for over 800 years - and that is what makes us Dominican: we are travelling in the footsteps of St Dominic, who founded our order, and many other Dominicans who lived before us.
