About us

Implementing the human right to health for all people in Saxony is the guiding goal of our work. Medical care should not depend on voluntary work and donations for anyone. Following the example of other states the "Sächsischer Anonymer Behandlungsschein e.V." (Saxonian Anonymous Treatment Certificate - SABS) is therefore striving to professionalize support for people without health insurance.
The "Sächsische Clearingstelle für medizinische Versorgung" (Saxonian Clearing Office for Medical Treatment - SCS) provides advice and support when entering or returning to health insurance. However, many of those affected fall ill before they turn to an advice center for the first time and tackle the often lengthy clearing process. This is why we are also trying to set up a state-funded treatment service in the form of anonymous treatment certificates.
In addition to this clearing counseling, we also offer a medical treatment run by the KosMOS consultation for homeless persons in Dresden.
