About us

WISA - Wir sind angekommen e.V. is a non-profit association that is passionately committed to the integration and support of refugees in Germany. Our association was founded by a group of committed young people who themselves came to Germany as refugees. Our personal experiences and challenges motivated us to make a positive difference in our community.

Our mission is to give perspective to newly arrived, frightened, insecure, refugees. We provide targeted assistance while remaining transparent and honest. One of our main goals is to network nationally and internationally with individuals, projects and organizations working to help refugees.
