Wilde Wälder – Let nature take over

Wilde Wälder (which means "wild forests") protects forests in Germany by taking over woodland areas and leaving them completely untouched – forever. No logging. No forestry. No human intervention. We return forests to nature, allowing them to become what they truly are: complex ecosystems that provide vital services for our climate, clean water, fresh air, and biodiversity. Once protected, these forests are left alone for good. This is real, long-term nature conservation. Help us preserve more forests – wild and free.
