About us

We are a small group of dedicated animal rights activists who have made it our mission to help animals in need.

Whether pets or farm animals, we try to provide support wherever we can. Injured wild animals in our area are also very close to our hearts. Therefore, we also offer assistance to them whenever possible.

Our top priorities are medical care, proper feeding, and species-appropriate, temporary housing. Whenever possible, the animals are then released back into the wild or placed in loving new homes.

Many of them, however, have found a permanent safe haven with us and are allowed to stay on our sanctuary until the end of their lives.

Because animal welfare is most successful when many people work together, we founded the association "Feathers and Paws e.V." to achieve even more.
