About us

heartbeat is a sponsorship program for people with disabilities of the Marburger Mission Foundation. We are convinced that people with disabilities can make a valuable contribution to society if they have good basic prerequisites.

In order to create these conditions, we arrange 1-to-1 and project sponsorships for people with disabilities, advise families on how to deal with disabilities and provide them with essential products and aids in our countries of assignment.

We encourage people with disabilities to lead their lives as independently as possible. They should know that they are loved and talented. In our countries of operation, Taiwan, Albania and the Ukraine, we support people with disabilities through education and therapeutic measures.
