About us
Our animal welfare association Lichtblick für Pfoten in Not e.V. was founded in 2017. The basic idea of our association is to protect animals in need in Germany and Romania. We focus primarily on dogs and cats.
A high level of expertise and empathy on the part of our board of directors, project managers and foster homes is the basis of all our actions. Our association does not run an animal shelter or similar facilities. We work exclusively with foster homes and direct placements. An up-to-date list of the foster homes associated with our association can be viewed at any time.
Our work is financed primarily through donations. However, membership fees and protection fees are also part of our income. All members of our board and association work on a voluntary basis.

Wir haben 1.353,20 € Spendengelder erhalten
Die eingenommenen Spenden kommen der Gaumensegel-OP von Hündin Frieda zugute. Die Operation erfolgte am 19.11.2025. Frieda hat alles gut überstanden. Wir bedanken uns im Namen von Frieda bei allen Spenderinnen und Spenden, die ihr zu einem Leben ohne Atemnot verholfen haben.
