About us
Katzenhilfe CanariGatos e.V. is a volunteer association founded in 2020 and based in Germany. Our mission is to sustainably reduce the suffering of street cats in the eastern part of Gran Canaria.
Our main focus is on neutering to prevent uncontrolled breeding. In addition, we regularly provide food, water, and medical care to over 200 cats. Sick, injured, or young cats are placed in experienced foster homes and, whenever possible, are adopted into loving families.
We make hidden suffering visible and provide help where it is urgently needed. But we cannot do this alone: every contribution counts—because even the smallest help means the world to our cats. 🐾💛
