About us

Fonsstock e.V. is a registered association that has existed since 1994. The idea for the festival arose from a birthday party with live music. For more than 25 years, the team at Fonsstock e.V. has been organizing a festival with an international lineup that is now well-known beyond the borders of Nordenham. The festival is praised for its family-friendly atmosphere, which is partly due to the fact that all volunteers work without pay and with a lot of joy. Outside of the festival weekend, the association has also organized various concerts. Fonsstock stands for diversity, tolerance, and joy of life.
