About us

The purpose of the society is the promotion of education and youth welfare. The main focus is on the promotion of European education and upbringing with the aim of promoting equal opportunities regardless of origin, as well as on the support and implementation of educational and cultural programmes of the European Parliament and its international partners. Furthermore, attention is to be paid to the integration of children and young people with disabilities and appropriate conditions and offers are to be created. The promotion of health education, education in the sense of climate, nature and water protection as well as the promotion of sports and culture, especially water sports, shall be aimed at. The society realises its statutory purposes in particular through the establishment and operation of a youth education centre, a school hostel and the establishment of a boarding school for pupils, the provision of advice and information to parents and guardians.
