About us
The Interpeer Project was started to better account for human needs in the digital sphere, by pursuing research and development in technology for the next generation of the internet. Human needs here includes both a better consideration for basic human rights, as well as for sustainability, etc.
The goal is to create open standards that in principle anyone can access free of charge and implement. For this, we often need to create software implementations. In this context we fully embrace the slogan "public money, public code" - for this reason, all software that we create during our work is made available as Free Software/Open Source.

Laufende Kosten. Etwas anderes ist mit dem Betrag nicht sinnvoll zu finanzieren, da es sich groesstenteils um laenger andauernde Forschungsarbeit handelt. Speziell die so oder so anfallenden Buchhaltungskosten (einer der Bedarfe) bieten sich hier an.
