About us
Founded in 2002, the Hand-in-Hand-Cup e.V. has become an established charity in North Rhine-Westphalia and beyond. The annual football tournament "Hand-in-Hand-Cup" for 24 teams in Kempen-Tönisberg has been the largest charity football tournament for amateur teams in NRW for many years.
Under the patronage of the mayor of the city of Kempen, the teams, thousands of spectators and all the voluntary helpers not only provide an extraordinary atmosphere, but also - to date - six-figure donations. Traditionally, all money raised and donations go to charitable causes - for the benefit of disadvantaged and/or sick children.
