About us
Where we come from
The YMCA (Christian Association of Young People) Landesverband Bayern e.V. was founded in 1903 and is a federation of the 103 YMCA local associations in Bavaria with currently about 12,140 members and 4,350 volunteers.
The YMCA Bavarian Association employs over 65 full and part-time staff.
Another 200 or so employees are employed by local Bavarian YMCA clubs and recreation centers.
Where we want to go
The goal and purpose of the YMCA Bavaria is to serve and represent the YMCA work on site. Our main focus is summarized in the mission statement with the three core concepts: connect - proclaim - support.
What we do
In practice, this means that we offer a wide range of educational programs, camps, seminars, visiting services, club counseling and personal support for leaders with the main team of the YMCA Bavaria. In all the fun and fellowship at the YMCA, our main focus is on

Die Gelder bzw. Spenden unterstützen die Finanzierung, ein Team von chilenischen Jugendlichen die Teilnahme und Mitarbeit beim international-interkulturellen Y-Camp am Waginger See zu supporten und mitzuhelfen, wechselseitige Lernprozesse zu fördern.
