About us

Helping Hand Ghana (HHG) is a non –profit German based volunteering organization founded with the desire to help the disabled and vulnerable in Ghanaian society. Our aim is to recruit volunteers all around the world to assist Ghanaians, especially in rural and deprived communities, in terms of education and health.

Vision Statement: At HHG, we are passionate about human lives, that is creating awareness of the disabled and vulnerable in Ghanaian society. Our long term project is to create the opportunities for them to access medical care, education (basic amenities in life) etc.

Helping Hand Ghana is very sensitive and respectful of the needs of the local people who are sometimes ignored in the country.

We visit villages to get to know their needs, in terms of tutors for their schools, volunteers for orphanages and in the rural health sectors – plus a whole lot more.
