About us
HOT Porz gGmbH is a provider of child and youth welfare with a focus on open child and youth work. Its aim is to make the team of employees multi-professional as well as diverse in terms of inclusion, origin and gender.
The vision of HOT Porz gGmbH is to create places where leisure time is possible for everyone and a home can be found. In order to drive this vision forward in the long term, it is essential to provide "help from a single source – from childhood into adulthood". To do this, we use a lifeworld-oriented and systemic approach.
Depending on the target group and always in line with the social space and its inherent development and current, we offer adapted opening hours, leisure activities, advice, accompaniment, support, information and events.
