About us

Schöneberg hilft e.V. is a non-profit association of volunteers who support refugees and socially disadvantaged people.

We help them find housing, assist them in dealing with authorities and applications, and collect donations for projects, e.g. for refugee children. Some members give remedial lessons, others help with the search for an apprenticeship or look for nursery and school places. We take children to the cinema, the swimming pool or the football pitch and of course we also celebrate together.

We work in the Schöneberg neighbourhood, as well as in all other Berlin districts and, if necessary, beyond. We initiate various volunteer projects in which young refugees get involved.
