About us
On September 26, 1991, the initiative was launched with the blessing of the Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization, the late martyr Yasser Arafat, to establish a non-profit popular organization to represent Palestinian people with disabilities and defend their rights. governorates of the West Bank and Jerusalem, and worked on coordination with institutions working in the rehabilitation sector and following up on the financial and administrative affairs of the Palestinian General Union for Persons with Disabilities. Follow-up, and the establishment and opening of branches in the governorates of the Gaza Strip in the same year.
