Freedom Charter Foundation 2021
Freedom Charter Foundation is an organization based in the informal settlement of kliptown and was established 2016 October which was established to assist young and elderly people within the community with social issues. The organisation is advocating for the people on social issues related to houses, skills development, proper sanitation, arts &culture, infrastructure, library and development of the community that includes sports and livelihood of people. We use to run the organization from our own pocket for the past four years until March 2020 last year as we have received donations from different people locally and abroad to assist community people with food due to coronavirus epidemic which was affecting the world at large. Most of the people we assisted are young people that including sanitary towels for young people which is girls.
The past four years and we have been involved the development of the community projects.
