About us

COHERINET is an alliance of Community Based Organizations, Community Health Workers, Individuals and Learning institutions from across the five regions of Uganda. It’s legally registered both as a company limited by guarantee and as a Non-Government organization. We aim at advancing, promoting and defending the right to Health including Sexual Reproductive health for Priority and Key Affected Populations at the grass root level communities. We envision a better grass root community where everyone enjoys sexual reproductive health services and rights and objectively exist to advocate, promote and defend for universal access to sexual and reproductive health services and rights; sensitize and offer legal aid to the Priority and Key Affected population groups from the grass root communities about/who’s sexual and reproductive health rights have been violated and improvement of livelihoods of the vulnerable Priority and Key Affected Population groups.
