We being persons with visual disabilities driven by personal experiences and what we are observing around us in our communities… formed a community based organisation named INCAEST INTERNATIONAL… [INTeGRATINg CAPABILITIES IN ACCESSING ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL TRANSFORMATION INTERNATIONAL]
whose vision statement is: "Combat exclusion by cultivating inclusion… consequently sustainably improving the living conditions and autonomy of persons with disabilities via access to essential services, social insertion and social inclusion."
which recently got registered under the Private Voluntary organisations act chapter [17,05 2001] by the responsible Board.
