About us
Neviana's Happy Paws is a Bulgarian Animal Welfare Organization based in Varna. Our aim is to change the local people's awareness and to create a better understanding for the helpless strays in need as well as to reduce the population of street animals in the long run by neutering and to find loving and caring homes for them.
