About us
Take my hand e.V. is a German non-profit organization dedicated to supporting orphans in Ukraine and Uganda. In Ukraine, we provide psychological care for traumatized children, have evacuated three orphanages to safety in Germany, and support refugee orphans through mentoring and education programs.
In Uganda, our latest project focuses on breaking the cycle of poverty by giving orphans access to education. By empowering these children with knowledge and opportunities, we help them build a brighter and more self-sufficient future.
Our mission is to transform the lives of vulnerable children by offering hope, care, and empowerment, even in the most challenging circumstances.
