About us
We explore the natural underworld (i.e., caves) primarily in south-west Germany, since 40+ years. Once explored, we survey the caves, make maps, collect data about the caves and their content in a central repository ("Kataster"), and publish parts of it in our own journal. We work together with organisations which are also dedicated to the protection of caves and their natural environments. We are registered as charity but do (until now) not receive public funding.
