About us
Our mission is to empower children and improve their lives by fostering a love for reading and culture of learning. We strive to create children’s libraries that can be a safe space, a learning space, and a multilingual space, and to provide access to books and educational resources for children and communities that wouldn’t otherwise have access to these. To accomplish this we build partnerships with local institutions and organisations, and provide them with books, educational materials, and support, catering to the specific needs of these communities.

The donations will be used to support Lilipad’s educational initiatives for children living in difficult circumstances. This includes the creation and operation of safe, inspiring learning spaces such as libraries, pop-up schools, and creative workshops. The funds will help cover costs related to educational materials, books, furniture, logistics, and facilitation of learning activities.
