About us

The CHARITABLE SERVICES FOR WOMEN AND CHILDREN IN TANZANIA is dedicated to serve women who are affected by HIV and Orphans or other children who are in need of help. We focus on providing education to Orphans, improving their talents and direct them to the worlds markets. It is also aimed in offering ARVs drugs, food, shelter to women living with HIV and supporting in their homes psychologically. We specialize on Welfare services such as medical care and education because those are the important tools in human beings life.
This organization started in the year 2005 by donating some schools in Marangu, Tanzania and helping to pay school fees to children who could not afford it. In 2006/07 it expanded to an extent of distributing uniforms to some orphans and helping widows who are HIV positive by giving them food and some money to get the ARVs. At the same time it gave counsel to the victims to hinder the psychologically effects. This was supported financially by Ecole d´Humanité (www.ecole.ch) and some friends Katharina Huttenlocker and Mirko Schumacher from Germany.
