About us

We are jointly committed to digital self-help for depression in the discussion forum Depression e.V.. In 2013, we, affected persons, relatives and professionals, founded our association together.

On our self-help platforms Discussion Forum Depression and Fideo, we help to make it easier to deal with depression by
- facilitating the exchange of information on various aspects of the disease depression
- promoting the self-management skills of those affected and offering them the opportunity to develop specific strategies and resources
- reducing the "isolation" associated with depression and lowering inhibition thresholds to get in contact with others
- Provide encouragement and support from people who are in a similar life situation and have had similar experiences.
