About us
LoszuGhana e.V. is a non-profit association based in Germany. We support the LoszuGhana Association in Ghana, which runs the LoszuGhana Children’s Village near Kumasi.
The Association built the Village independently with the support of many dedicated people and organizations. Today, children and women in challenging life situations live on the premises.
A key focus is the Sunday Morning Woman Programme, which supports young single mothers without sufficient family or financial support. Together with their children, they live in the Village for one year and receive vocational training and mentoring to build stability, income, and long-term perspectives.
Since 2013, the Association has also operated a school in the nearby community, which had previously stood empty, and a solar-powered education centre with a library and computer facilities.
Members of LoszuGhana e. V. work on a voluntary and remote basis in close collaboration with partners in Ghana.
