Center for Education and Participatory Rural Development (CEPARD) is a Community Based Organization working in Kobama and Ndhiwa Divisions of Homabay County focusing majorly in improving the quality of education to the local communities, primary health care, Sustainable livelihood and global partnership and linkages.
