About us
Our city orchestra Stadtjugendkapelle Herzogenaurach e.V. is the home of over 350 active musicians in seven wind bands - plus elementary music education for our smallest members.
We offer highly qualified musical education in all wind instruments plus percussion for all ages. Our Start-Up-Orchestra allows absolute beginners to enter music together - the social aspect of performing together is a strong motivator for all age groups.
Our repertoire covers wind music of all levels - classical, film music, big band, traditional. Before Covid-19 we performed in local festivals, church concerts, open air concerts - throughout the year.
We look forward to playing multiple concerts during the Christmas period and a big concert in spring.

Wir haben 3.703,32 € Spendengelder erhalten
Die Spendengelder werden zur Deckung des Aufwandes für die Notenbeschaffung und Aufführungskosten eines Stückes mit dem Namen "Detektiv Allegro" verwendet. Ziel dieser Aufführung ist das Kennenlernen sowie das Ausprobieren von Instrumenten eines Blasorchesters. Hiermit soll das Interesse der Kinder zum Erlernen eines Instrumentes geweckt werden.
