About us
Radio Dreyeckland is the free and non-commercial radio station in the southwest. In principle, it offers everyone interested the opportunity to make radio. At present, about 150 volunteers create the programme.
No other radio station in the region offers a comparable variety: more than 50 music programmes in different styles and genres, more than 17 programmes in different languages, daily programmes on politics and (sub-)culture, numerous focal points on the environment, gender, literature and much more. There are also programmes by groups such as Greenpeace, arbeitskreis kritischer juristInnen or Radio Bleiberecht.
Many programmes are updated daily and can be accessed on the internet.
Radio Dreyeckland is financed by its listeners, who are members of the Freundeskreis RDL e.V.. In addition, it receives institutional funding from the Landesanstalt für Kommunikation.
