About us
We are a specialist service for the professional inclusion of people with disabilities and special support needs. Our employees, with and without disabilities, are committed to helping our customers every day with enthusiasm and dedication.
The non-profit organisation Access – Inclusion in Working Life was founded in 1998. The company has three shareholders, all of whom come from the so-called ‘affected community’ and for whom the issue of inclusion has been a priority since its foundation.
We work in a solution-oriented manner on an equal footing and believe in the abilities of our customers. Inclusion is a human right. We are happy to be a partner in the inclusion process and have received numerous awards for our commitment, e.g. in 2017 as the best ‘service provider’ at the European conference ‘Employment for All’ in Dublin.

Liebe Spender*innen,
wir freuen uns sehr, dass wir durch Eure Spenden die Kofinanzierung für unser Projekt Jobbegleitung für Menschen mit Fluchthintergrund und Behinderung für das Jahr 2025 sicherstellen konnten. Ohne Eure Hilfe hätten wir die Summe nicht aufbringen können, da wir als gemeinnützige Organisation keine Möglichkeiten haben, größere Gewinne zu erzielen. Unser Ziel ist von Jahr zu Jahr eine kostendeckende Finanzierung für Access und unsere Projekte sicherzustellen und das gelingt nur durch vielfältige Fundraising-Maßnahmen. Darum nochmals vielen Dank für Eure Großzügigkeit und besonders toll wäre es, wenn Ihr uns auch weiterhin unterstützen könntet.
