Culinary Medicine Deutschland e.V. is committed to promoting education for sustainable development. Nutrition, health, consumer and environmental education are inextricably linked and of great social importance. However, it is not just a matter of imparting knowledge, but also of applying it and gaining practical experience. We want to bridge the growing gap between food sources and food processing. In addition, we attach great importance to preserving the social value of culinary culture.
Culinary Medicine Deutschland e.V. is therefore committed to promoting regional and seasonal products through cooking and eating, while at the same time strengthening fundamental values such as participation and social interaction. We support innovative educational initiatives that provide free information tailored to different target groups.
